Time Until Run
DAY 1 | 6.8.20
3…2…1 GO! It’s time to start the MEGA RUN 2020! Our public start line this year is launching from the luxurious Intercontinental Hotel situated next door to The O2, London.
Our first stop is the Eurotunnel, Folkstone. We’ll arrive here in convoy before embarking on the short 30 minute crossing to Calais, France.
Fresh off the train and we’re on route to Paris for our first night of fun.
DAY 2 | 7.8.20
Day one down and now it’s time to smash day two!
We’ve decided not to tell you about day 2, after all where’s the fun in knowing everything? So we’ll head as a group to our TOP SECRET destination and hopefully you’ll see why we’re the UK’s and Europe’s leading driving holiday.
After spending time at our TOP SECRET location we’ll be making our way to our hotel in Grenoble where you’ll need a good rest to enjoy day 3!
DAY 3 | 8.8.20
Buckle up, fuel up & eat up because day 3 is about to start!
We’ll be leaving Grenoble and continuing South to the French Rivera but before we hit the coast we’ve got the fast paced, blissfully scenic “La Route Napoleon” to take one.
Route Napoleon is a 325 km stretch of modern road winding through the mountains of Provence in France.
The road follows the route taken by Napoleon in his 1815 escape from Elba to Grenoble.
Need to relax after that drive? Well it’s a good job we’ve booked a luxurious location in the stunning city of Saint-Tropez. We’ll be spending the night in St. Tropez so you’ve got all evening to soak in the sun.
DAY 4 | 9.8.20
Well it’s time to say goodbye to St. Tropez which is sad but once we hit that coastal road and regroup in Monaco you’ll soon cheer up.
Now that you’ve spent those lottery millions choosing which super yacht you’d have it’s time to head to Milan and spend more! Before we hit the fashion capital we’ll head through Genoa which is a gorgeous coastal city in the North West region of Italy.
We should arrive in Milan with enough time for you to shop around before our evening activities so go and enjoy yourself.
DAY 5 | 10.8.20
Did we mention that we have a free luggage service? Perfect for all those additional clothes you’ve just purchased in Milan right…
Well make sure you’ve got money for fuel because it’s another day of amazing roads. Day 5 includes an iconic stop in Lake Como before heading towards the notorious Stelvio Pass where the echo of your exhausts will be heard in the beautiful town of Bormio where we’ll be spending the night so lets make sure they know we’re coming!
DAY 6 | 11.8.20
The end of the trip is getting closer and closer but we’ve still got a couple gems before our final day together.
So Day 6, let’s get it! Start the day off right with some lovely breakfast but remember we’ll be hitting some twisty roads today so don’t be greedy. Once you’ve filled your tank it’s time to give the car it’s morning fuel before we embark on our way to the Austrian Alps.
After an afternoon driving through the Austrian mountains with 360 degrees of breathtaking scenery what could be better than a complimentary tour of the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart?
Even if you’re not a Porsche Fan, after a visit here, you’ll definitely have an appreciation for the manufacturers rich history.
Our hotel for the night is located just 30 mins away from the museum so we’ll have a short convoy there before our final evening together.
DAY 7 | 12.8.20
Well it’s been one hell of a week! And we’re sure by now everyone has made some life long memories but we’re not done yet! Oh no. We’re leaving Stuttgart and making our way to the notorious Nurburgring which is our official finish line for this years trip.
The circuit is open for tourist laps which you can purchase at your own leisure to finish your trip off nicely. If you don’t fancy taking your own car on the track you can hire “Ring Taxis” a quick Google search will bring up a whole selection of providers but we recommend checking out a company called APEX NURBERG where you can rent a car or pay for passenger laps.
There is also a wide range of shops and restaurants around the ring so if you don’t fancy any of the above you could always relax for a few hours before making the trip home.
